Ad spend is separate from our management fee and depends on your goals, market, and competition. During onboarding, we’ll discuss your budget and recommend a realistic starting point. Most clients start with $1,000-3,000/month for testing, then scale based on results.
Initial data comes within days, but meaningful results take 4-8 weeks. Google’s algorithms need time to learn, and we need data to optimize effectively. This is why we recommend a 3-month minimum—one month isn’t enough to determine if Google Ads works for your business.
If we set everything up correctly and optimize properly, but your offer/product/pricing isn’t competitive, ads won’t magically fix that. Google Ads amplifies what works; it doesn’t create product-market fit. You control the budget—we recommend changes based on performance, but you decide. Increasing budget when campaigns are profitable is smart scaling. Decreasing budget because of seasonality or cash flow is fine too, just give us a heads up so we can adjust strategy accordingly.
